Therapy as a process of
RE-CONNECTION
With inner wisdom and our own abilities and desires to find within—not outside—the compass that guides us to where we want to go.
UNLEARNING
Of patterns, beliefs, judgments, mechanisms and violence that taught us to look outside for answers.
RECOVERY
Of those abilities that we had when we were children and were interrupted at some point in our growth to make us docile and disconnected from our life force.
What is therapy for?
Therapy helps us reconnect with that flame that lives within us and that has often been extinguished over time.
It's a personalized empowerment process tailored to your needs, in which we address your discomfort with the support of the toolbox and the many resources I've collected along the way.
It's usually a profound internal change that leads to multiple external changes. We'll work together to help you feel better and find peace within yourself.

To begin, we’ll meet for a free 20-minute call. The purpose is to get to know each other, for you to share what brings you to therapy, and for us to see if we’re a good fit. After that, we’ll start the therapy process by exploring your reason for consultation, the threads that connect it to other areas of your life, and what you’d like to transform. From the very beginning, we’ll work with inspiring perspectives and practical resources that help you see your experiences in a new light. You’ll bring up the topics that matter most to you, expanding your understanding and learning new ways to relate to yourself, to others, and to the circumstances of your life—past, present, and future. Therapy is a process of transformation, like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly, and real change takes time. Keep in mind that you’ve probably been functioning in the same way for decades: profound changes don’t happen overnight. While I can’t answer the question “How long will I need therapy?”, in my experience the first changes often appear within the first month. Once we begin to see things differently, life is no longer the same—our feelings, thoughts, and overall mood begin to shift. At first, meeting weekly is best to build momentum and continuity. Over time, we can adjust the frequency according to your needs. In our sessions, I’ll ask questions that invite you to explore your feelings, needs, and underlying beliefs or judgments. We’ll work on the thoughts that block your growth, and sometimes I’ll suggest exercises or tasks between sessions so you can apply what we’ve worked on in your daily life. I’m here to accompany you and listen with empathy, offering practical tools and meaningful reflections so that, over time, you feel stronger, more autonomous, and aligned with the life you want to live. You can count on me.
Couples sessions offer a safe space to pause and see each other in a new way. By observing your relationship dynamics, you’ll learn to listen with empathy, set boundaries with both firmness and kindness, improve authentic communication, and find new ways of working together. A couple grows when each partner looks inward and begins their own process of transformation. That’s why my approach to couples therapy alternates between joint sessions and individual sessions, so each partner can deeply explore their personal history, blocks, fears, and desires. Individual sessions allow you to return to the couple’s space with greater clarity and emotional responsibility, helping the relationship transform from a more authentic and conscious place. If this is the right time for you to transform your relationship, I invite you and your partner to a free 20-minute call so we can talk about how I can help you reconnect and experience your relationship with greater fulfillment and satisfaction. P.S. To learn more about how I work with couples, I invite you to visit the Couples page.

Therapy approach
My approach combines Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with a systemic perspective, fostering inner changes that can transform your whole life.
NVC helps you recognize the judgments and criticisms that get in the way of our connection with life. By connecting with your feelings and unmet needs, you’ll learn to respond in ways that unleash your potential and bring more joy to your personal relationships. With NVC, we learn to care for ourselves so that we can also care for others. We practice setting loving boundaries that create win-win environments, supporting the well-being of everyone in the system.
The systemic approach helps us see how your current relationships and family history shape the way you move through the world—and how an inner shift can positively transform the entire system you’re part of.
My training and experience in Living Education, Family Constellations, Art Therapy, and Yoga inform the way I support therapeutic processes of personal growth.
