Matias Garber
I integrate therapeutic approaches that I’m passionate about—both for their transformative power and for how they helped me broaden my perspective on life and human relationships. I have 10 years of experience as a therapist, and I’m also a facilitator of group processes, the father of a young daughter, and a life partner in a 15-year relationship. I consider myself an explorer— always searching. I lived in Buenos Aires until I was 32, when I began a journey that changed my life forever. For six years, I traveled through 13 countries in Latin America and Europe, working as a therapist and facilitating group processes of social transformation in towns and cities. I accompanied nearly 1,000 people across both continents, and this experience was such a profound journey of personal growth and vital learning that I became someone entirely new—someone I hadn’t even dreamed of becoming. I learned to listen to myself again, to desire, and to freely create the life I want to live. And I connected with a deep purpose: to accompany others on journeys of personal reconnection that allow for profound and authentic change. I believe that the ability to live from our own authenticity transforms the world into a more empathetic and welcoming place for everyone. Today, I dedicate myself fully to online therapy in English and Spanish, from my office near the sea in Argentina. I help people from all over the world overcome blocks and spread their wings in areas such as couples relationships, self-esteem, anger management, stress and burnout, communication, transitions, life purpose, lack of motivation, and living abroad (expats). My mission is to accompany you on your own process of inner reconnection so you can live the life that is waiting for you.

My Path and My Teachers
My approach integrates Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with a systemic perspective, fostering internal changes that transform your entire life system. Both philosophies deeply influence my personal life and the way I support individual and couples’ processes in my practice. I also accompanied nearly 1,000 people over six years, traveling through 13 countries in the Americas and Europe, facilitating individual and group processes through participatory methodologies of action and reflection. Along the way, I met teachers from different disciplines who also shaped my personal and professional life philosophy: Yoga, Living Education, Systemic Theatre and Theatre of the Oppressed, Art Therapy, and Psychoanalysis. Years earlier, I had begun my studies in Sociology at the University of Buenos Aires, and around that time I discovered drama and connected with the transformative power of art in personal development. That experience sparked a curiosity that guided me to explore various tools, always in search of a deeper understanding of the human being and its potential.
